Welcome to Parallel, a vanilla SMP where rifts between custom differently-themed worlds suddenly open, and players are free to travel between them in order to face great dangers, explore uncharted territory, and collect gleaming treasure. Featuring a vibrant community and continuous updates, you're sure to never get bored.
Server Features:
- NEW Community Update: Featuring an overhauled Entertainment District, proximity voice chat, pets, custom note block music, tons of new and revamped items, and new emojis, this marks the final part of the Community Update and has something for everyone!
- Parallel Worlds & Open-World Gameplay: In fact, it's more like open-universe gameplay. Players aren't restricted from exploring all aspects of vanilla Minecraft, and they can also check out space, the sky dimension, and much more! Secrets are uncovered around every corner...
- Custom Features: Explore rifts to other worlds, discover custom structures and fight through difficult custom dungeons, interact and trade with characters, use new items that fit a vanilla gameplay style, and much, much more!
- Active, Dynamic Community: You'll never have trouble finding a friendly face on here! Players are also willing to help you out in any way possible, whether it be building, fighting, or gathering resources. Join our Discord to learn about our regular server events!
- Participate in Lore: Players actively shape the server's story that has been taking place since April 2020 - learn more about it here!
- Active Economy: An actively-maintained Shopping District featuring dozens of vanilla chest shops! Characters also sell custom goods in and around the spawn town, and you can put items up for auction too!
- Quality of Life Improvements: Better wandering traders, shooting stars, player + mob head drops, XP storage... no detail is too small!
- NO LAG: Parallel uses dedicated server hardware to deliver you a constant stream of 20 TPS, lagless gameplay
Server Rules:
- No griefing/looting (staff can roll back damages)
- No hacking (our anticheat mitigates hacked clients)
- Be respectful & use common sense when interacting with other players through chat and gameplay
- Don't cause excessive lag (tick farms, too many mobs, etc.)
- PVP is not allowed unless all involved parties consent to it

The IP address of Parallel Minecraft server is play.parallelmc.orgHow do I play on the Parallel Minecraft server?
Open the Minecraft launcher, next click the "Play" button, then select "Multiplayer" from the main menu.Click the "Add Server" button to open the server information form then copy & paste the IP Address play.parallelmc.org in the "Server Address" box then press click on "Done" button.
Once the connection to the server is verified by Mojang session servers and is available, the connection icon will turn green and you can click on the "Join Server" button to play on Parallel.
