New feature : Notifications system

A new feature is available on "Minecraft Multiplayer" : Notifications system

This feature allow you to set notifications rules for your server(s) and receive email as soon as your server(s) become offline and/or online. It's goal is not to compete with professional monitoring tools, but we are sure it will be useful for some of you.
